Ben Grogan is the owner of Grogan Accounting & Tax Services, serving individuals and small businesses throughout Central Alabama. With decades of experience in tax preparation and accounting services, Ben is committed to providing knowledgeable, dependable, and personal service to every client.
Under Ben's leadership, Grogan Accounting has grown from its Pell City office to a second location in Oneonta, while maintaining the friendly, one-on-one service clients have come to expect. Ben specializes in individual and business tax preparation and works closely with clients to help them understand their tax situation and make informed business decisions.

Office Manager - Oneonta
LeAnne Grogan
LeAnne Grogan brings a diverse professional background and a genuine love of working with people to her role at Grogan Accounting & Tax Service, where she helps manage the day-to-day operations of our Oneonta office and works closely with clients.
LeAnne began her career in accounting, insurance, and financial services with a Fortune 100 company. During that time, she held multiple insurance licenses as well as Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses, gaining valuable experience in accounting, finance, and client service.
Her second career took her into education, where she earned a Master’s degree and developed the communication and teaching skills that continue to shape the way she works with people today. An entrepreneur as well, LeAnne currently operates a thriving online resale business, giving her firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges that come with running a small business.
As Ben’s wife and partner in life, LeAnne is very much a part of the family behind Grogan Accounting & Tax Service. Her combination of financial experience, education, entrepreneurship, and client service brings a unique perspective to the Oneonta office and reflects the personal, dependable approach that has always been at the heart of Grogan Accounting.
Visitors to the Oneonta office may often meet Rip and Solo, the four-legged members of the Grogan team. Rip has appointed himself Head of Security, while his “brother,” Solo, specializes in Client Relations. Between Rip keeping an eye on things and Solo making sure everyone feels welcome, they take their responsibilities at Grogan Accounting very seriously.

Jennifer Clarke
Jennifer Clarke is a valued member of the Grogan Accounting & Tax Service team and serves as Office Manager at our Pell City location. As a bookkeeper and tax preparer, Jennifer works closely with individuals and small businesses throughout the year, helping clients stay organized and confident in their financial and tax matters.
Jennifer is known for her friendly, dependable approach and attention to detail. She enjoys getting to know our clients and believes that good service begins with making people feel comfortable, welcome, and confident that their needs are being handled with care.
Whether she is assisting with bookkeeping, preparing a tax return, or keeping the Pell City office running smoothly, Jennifer is committed to providing the personal, reliable service our clients have come to expect from Grogan Accounting & Tax Service.
Visitors to our Pell City office may also get to meet Rudy, Jennifer’s four-legged sidekick in just about everything she does. Rudy is the brother of our pup, Rip, making the two of them part of the extended Grogan Accounting family, too!
